Consent for secure intake

I confirm I am the person identified in this case or am authorized to act for them. I authorize ErasePilot to review the information I provide and relevant public sources, and to send eligible removal or correction requests using only the details reasonably needed. I understand that the source decides the outcome, removal is not guaranteed, and separately priced work requires my approval. I have read the Privacy Notice and Service Terms.

How authorization will be recorded

We record the authorization version launch-2026-09-30 and the submission timestamp. You can withdraw authorization by contacting hello@erasepilot.ca. Withdrawal stops future work but cannot reverse a request a third party has already received. Unusual proof-document steps and additional charges require a separate explanation and approval. Review the Privacy Notice, Service Terms and Refunds policy before submitting.
