Your cleanup serviceThese terms describe the one-time Essential and Complete Cleanup service. Service support: support@erasepilot.ca. General questions: hello@erasepilot.ca.
The service
Essential Cleanup is C$99 for one person and up to 10 eligible listings, with one recheck 30 days after the initial report. Complete Cleanup is C$229 for one person and up to 25 eligible listings, broader names/contact review, qualifying search-result requests and a social-profile checklist, with one recheck 60 days after the initial report. Payment is taken at purchase, not at the recheck date. Prices are Canadian dollars; no GST/HST is currently charged. These plans are one-time payments and do not include continuous monitoring. Keep Watch and separately priced URL, image or document services are not available for purchase at launch. We assess exposure, submit eligible authorized requests, track responses, and report outcomes. Third parties decide removal; removal, a fixed completion date, prevention of future exposure and protection from identity theft cannot be guaranteed.
Coverage and additional work
One eligible listing means a distinct live URL or independently managed profile exposing your information with an available removal, correction or suppression route. Several details on one profile count once. Ineligible, unreachable or already absent listings do not use a plan slot. We document the agreed eligible request list before starting. A related qualifying search-result request is part of a covered Complete listing; de-indexing does not remove the source page. Additional work beyond the plan cap and standalone image/document work require a separate reviewed offer and approval before any charge.
Your authorization and limits
You confirm you are the subject of the information or have authority to act, and provide accurate information. Authorization covers review of supplied information and relevant public sources, and the minimum necessary disclosure for eligible requests. We record a request as submitted only after actual submission; submission is not proof of removal. Some public records, news and third-party publications may not qualify. We aim to acknowledge support within two business days and complete the initial eligibility review within five business days after complete intake. Source response times are outside our control. Reports distinguish findings, submitted requests, confirmed outcomes, refusals and pending responses. Purchased rechecks run from the initial report and are posted to the case with an email notification. Acknowledging a report does not waive your right to raise concerns.
